Low Fat Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe
This is one of my favorite smoothies to make for breakfast. Its really filling and totally delicious! Its also my kids fav too! When I make it for them, I use real peanut butter or almond butter, not powdered peanut butter. If your banana’s are not frozen, throw some ice in. You can also adjust the ingredients so that your end result will fit your macros. You really can’t go wrong when making this recipe.

Need more carbs? Need less protein? Just adjust the recipe to fit your macros. You can’t go wrong with this smoothie!
For example, this morning I omitted the chocolate chips to lower the fat and adjusted the banana and protein powder ( omitting 1-2 ounces of water so my smoothie is still a bit thick) to fit my macros and it tasted great!
