Online contest prep includes an in or off season custom workout program that is specific for the division you will compete in as well as specific to your training experience and bodies’ areas of strengths and weaknesses. Your custom diet, cardio, and lifting program will change over time to meet those goals. This also includes a peak week plan, weekly weigh-ins, and reverse dieting. You have unlimited email support and will be added to the GF2 crew private FB group page to help support each other, listen to your rants about cravings and celebrate successes!
My program offers flexibility
- Custom dynamic workout programs. You are given a workout program with specific exercises + an outline of your workout with a link to my exercise bank where you can create your own exercises sets. Your strength training and cardio plans are tailored to your specific goals, schedule and fitness level.
- Your diet is custom and flexible. You receive a macro based plan broken down per meal. With that you also have a detailed example meal plan with measurements and weights as well as food lists so that you understand how to plan your diet and fit in foods to your macros (protein, carbs, fat). I don’t give you the type of rigid food plan where you are not allowed to stray from the foods I give you. My plan aligns with an IIFYM type plan and feel that when you have control over your meal planning, you can set yourself up for long term success.
Contest Prep: $200 per mo/ $50 per week + $80 one time fee to get started with the full initial plan
Off Season: $120 per mo/ $30 per week + $80 one time fee to get started with the full initial plan
15% discount for any plan length over 8 weeks if paid in one lump sum. Discount does not apply to the $80 initial one time plan fee.

“In July of 2015, I decided I was going to compete in my first bikini competition and there I was looking for a coach. Heather helped me lose the last 15 pounds I needed to get off after yo-yo dieting for about a year after having my 2nd child. She educated me on managing and tracking food, portions and macros (which was foreign to me). She helped me understand that I need to lift and gain strength. I can’t tell you how much I learned from her. It was an invaluable experience and I have never felt better. I love lifting, I love NOT getting on the elliptical for 40 minutes at a time everyday getting nowhere and I love that I know how to manage my fitness now! Your blog/training download made me realize many, many things over the last couple months:
I was skinny fat for a long time. I was eating far too many carbs and not nearly enough protein, and thought cardio was the answer. WRONG!!! And sadly, I am one of millions of women who tell a similar story.
Your info made me realize how important correct macros are to success, which was my main problem. I always had the mental strength to dedicate time to exercise, and could control eating but I had no good guidance. The REALLY funny thing is, I am eating more now that I have in YEARS. NO , the scale has only dropped about 1 pound, but , as you say, the mirror does not lie and you are right!
its only been 2 months, and look what I have accomplished, and that includes about 1 cheat meal a week. I actually made progress, so I am excited when I think about just keeping it up over the winter months. I won’t panick about shorts season in April.
Basically, you have made me realize my goals are attainable and I don’t have to starve myself to lose my saddlebags!!! ANd when you see results, it is motivation to work out more!
I couldn’t have done it without Heather! Seriously! There were some girls sitting near me at my show talking about their prep and all of the foods they couldn’t eat and I thought, “You HAVE to use MY coach!” I can’t believe some of the things coaches are having their people do or not do.

Heather is the BEST! She is very communicative and intuitive. She knew how I was feeling each week during prep before I even told her. I have had other coaches and Heather was an “above and beyond” type of coach. She checked in with me mid-week, encouraged me, was there for my rants and worries. She always has a reason for choices or changes she made with well thought out answers to my questions so I understood what was going on. Once I had asked her about a pre-workout supplement and if it was worth my money. She went through every ingredient with me and showed me if they were effective amounts or not as well as links to studies showing whether or not they were even effective for a pre-workout supp. Who does that? She impressed me every step of the way.
Heather taught me how to go about health and fitness right. There are no quick fixes, magic pills, drop-20-pounds-in-a-week-and-keep-it-off plans which we all want to believe. She taught me patience and perseverance to overcome my messed up metabolism which was not easy. I really had to learn to trust the process. I was never terribly overweight but over the years of dieting repeatedly I learned I wasn’t eating enough calories and still not losing. So, I joined the GF2 Crew and built muscle, lost fat and increased my calories. It was the longest road ever but SO worth it.
