Your blog/training download made me realize many, many things over the last couple months:
I was skinny fat for a long time. I was eating far too many carbs and not nearly enough protein, and thought cardio was the answer. WRONG!!! And sadly, I am one of millions of women who tell a similar story.
Your info made me realize how important correct macros are to success, which was my main problem. I always had the mental strength to dedicate time to exercise, and could control eating but I had no good guidance. The REALLY funny thing is, I am eating more now that I have in YEARS. NO , the scale has only dropped about 1 pound, but , as you say, the mirror does not lie and you are right!
its only been 2 months, and look what I have accomplished, and that includes about 1 cheat meal a week. I actually made progress, so I am excited when I think about just keeping it up over the winter months. I won’t panick about shorts season in April.
Basically, you have made me realize my goals are attainable and I don’t have to starve myself to lose my saddlebags!!! ANd when you see results, it is motivation to work out more!

“In July of 2015, I decided I was going to compete in my first bikini competition and there I was looking for a coach. That is when I stumbled upon Heather’s website (I should note that I researched and contacted TONS of coaches, I really did my homework because there are some crappy coaches out there). I can honestly say, with all my heart, that I chose the best coach that I possibly could.
In November 2015, I competed for the first time, placing 4th in my class and qualifying for a provincial show. Heather was there for me every step of the way. It’s really a tough decision because you’re spending all this money and you want someone who isn’t going to just take it and go. Heather is so far from that category of coaches it’s unbelievable – she goes above and beyond. She is truly THE BOMB.COM, and a very knowledgeable woman that will help you achieve your goals; all you have to do is trust her, enjoy the process and the rest will come.

Heather helped me lose the last 15 pounds I needed to get off after yo-yo dieting for about a year after having my 2nd child. She educated me on managing and tracking food, portions and macros (which was foreign to me). She helped me understand that I need to lift and gain strength. I can’t tell you how much I learned from her. It was an invaluable experience and I have never felt better. I love lifting, I love NOT getting on the elliptical for 40 minutes at a time everyday getting nowhere and I love that I know how to manage my fitness now! Life got in the way sometimes and she was very supportive helping me find a balance between family, fitness and work.

Heather is one if the most grounded and intuitive coaches I’ve worked with. Her ability to help create a custom meal and training plan to meet my dietary and injury-prone needs was a key to my success on stage taking first in both my figure comps in 2014.
